Please read the following before booking or purchasing any session, service, or reading:

 

1.  Delle performs every reading, session, and service in a space of divine love and non-judgment, whether in-person or by remote means.  All intentions include for the highest and greatest good of all involved, in divine time.  As such, no answer or question is ever forced.  We always honor the answer given, even if the answer is silence, or not one the client likes or wants to hear, as that is a form of judgment.  There are absolutely no refunds for any reason.  The client understands and agrees to this policy when booking or purchasing any reading, session, or service.

 

2.  In any instance where Delle feels called to stop a session or postpone a session, she may do so at any time to protect the energetic boundaries of herself and those involved.  There are no refunds for any session that is cut short.  The client understands and agrees to this policy when booking or purchasing any reading, session, or service.

3.  All sessions are treated confidentially, and even our testimonials only show one letter initial to protect the client’s space and privacy.

 

4.  There are no refunds available for any completed session, service, or reading, regardless of what does or does not come through the reading.  All sales are final as much time and integrity goes into upholding the energetic nature and high vibrational frequency of the readings.

 

5.  Pre-payment is required for booking and for all services.  For cancellations or reschedule requests, we ask that you please notify us up to three (3) days in advance.  For cancellations three days prior to your appointment, your pre-payment will be returned to you minus the processing fee of $15 USD.  For emergent cancellations or reschedules, please contact us as soon as possible.  There are no refunds whatsoever for "no call, no show" appointments.

6.  Regarding Akashic Readings (any format) as well as Spirit Session Reports, Delle must complete an initial screening meditation check with her Akashic Guides before performing any reading.  If she is unable to perform the reading for any reason, the client will be notified through email and refunded.  For approved readings, once the reading is complete, there are absolutely no refunds for any reason, regardless of what does or does not come through the reading or report.

7.  There are no exceptions to any of the Service Policies listed on this page or on our website.  When booking any session, service, or reading, the client acknowledges and accepts these parameters of respect.

 

8.  Any completed purchase signifies the client has accepted the Service Policies.
