About Harmonie Sessions

 

​Harmonie Sessions were created by Delle in response to requiring a grounded, practical application and approach to her own energy work practice.  Having practiced as a Reiki Master, Delle got to know firsthand the benefits of energy work, but saw the need for grounding and true integration of the benefits and wisdoms that would come as a result from the energy work session.  Plainly spoken, she enjoyed how wonderful and relaxing reiki sessions felt, but seemed to lack the ability to ground the benefits into day to day life.  No matter how great she felt following a session, Delle noticed that after a while, old habits would resurface and old beliefs that were cleared during a session would come back around, the root not gone. 

 

Both unwilling to accept this outcome and willing to explore the potential of energy work further, Delle began to research, observe, utilize and develop her own energy work practice as a means for a positive, long-lasting, and impactful practice that future clients could benefit from as well.  She came up with a solution and began to put the new approach to work.

As a result, Delle saw tremendous improvements in her health, mindset, mental stamina, relationships, work, and overall success, and the changes lasted.  She began to experience harmony and balance in her own life, finally.  Adjustments and further discovery expanded the practice, and the ever-evolving project became known as "Harmonie Sessions".  No longer only comprised of only reiki, the sessions grouped together created Delle's Harmonie Program and honors the very nature of all of us as humans:  ever-evolving, ever-growing, and ever-loving.  When we take accountability and responsibility for our own happiness, we can choose to be happy and be the change that gets us there - and enjoy the process.

Description

​

Harmonie Sessions are a curated program that you as a client and Delle outline together based on your goals, current set of circumstances, where you would like to see yourself grow, and aspirations.  The program combines energy work with coaching and mediumship, meaning your own higher self and spirit team are 100% involved in your own evolution, just as they have always been.  Combined with the practical reality of being a human, Delle helps you develop a game plan together so you can take a practical, grounded approach of the insights received from the energy work and mediumship portion. 

 

Each session will be focused and outlined as you work through your goals.  What your goals are will determine the amount of Harmonie Sessions you require, and we discover that in a preliminary call.

This session has the potential to be highly transformative in a grounded way, meaning you are able to embody your true self and embrace your own evolvement beyond this service if you so choose.  Harmonie Sessions 100% work off accountability and practicality as we all must show up and be responsible for the participation in our own human experience.

 

Delle is deeply passionate about this service, as it has helped her and continues to help her greatly in her own life.  Clients have used this session for various reasons, including:

 

• to expand in or improve one or more areas of their own life

• to better understanding their own connection to their spirit team and how they receive their own intuitive guidance

• to better understand themselves, their traits, habits, and patterns

• to identify their current limitations and expand out of them

Highly transformative, these sessions require full commitment to yourself.  To be in Harmonie is to not only find balance within yourself, but to enjoy the sweetness of maintaining that balance for longer periods of time and regaining that sense of balance with confidence when it becomes off-kilter, as life is always a series of ebbs and flows.  No matter the reason for the sessions, Delle's services are always performed in a space of divine love and non-judgment, for the highest and greatest good of all involved and in divine timing.

Format​

 

Harmonie Sessions are curated to your specific goals.  After reviewing your request form, we will reach out to schedule a Program Curation phone call to gather more information and clarity as needed and to outline what we recommend for your specific goals that best honors you.  If you choose to commit to the program curation available to you, we will schedule your one-on-one zoom appointment sessions. 

 

Harmonie Sessions are solely one-on-one remote zoom appointments at this time, conducted in Eastern Standard Time.

Participation​

 

Harmonie Sessions require your full commitment to yourself and your journey.  They are one-on-one sessions, meaning your session is always between yourself, Delle and Spirit.  ​​​​​

Total cost of your Harmonie Program is determined and agreed upon following your Program Curation call.​  Typical rates for the component sessions of your Harmonie Program are:
